Create an order

Open the saved record to review progress and available next actions. Record payments only when you have received them.

1. Open Orders → New order.
2. Select an existing customer or enter their details.
3. Add the items and quantities, then check the prices.
4. Choose pickup or delivery and review the relevant details.
5. Select Save order.

Create a preorder

Open the saved record to review progress and available next actions. Record payments only when you have received them.

1. Open Pre-orders → New pre-order.
2. Select an existing customer or enter their details.
3. Add the items and quantities, then check the prices.
4. Choose pickup or delivery and review the relevant details.
5. Select Save pre-order.

Change an item photo

Where editing is available, open the order’s actions menu and select Edit order. Under Items, choose Change photo or Add photo, select the replacement and choose Save changes.
