A payment card is required. Your 14-day trial starts when you complete Stripe Checkout. After the trial, your selected plan is charged automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Loyalty Starter is RM99/month and Loyalty Pro is RM199/month. Your selected price is shown before you confirm Checkout. These are monthly subscriptions with no annual commitment; any applicable tax is disclosed before payment.
Yes. The business owner can open subscription billing in CollectLah and choose Manage billing or cancel to use the secure Stripe portal. Cancel before your trial ends to avoid the first charge, or before renewal to avoid the next. After a paid period begins, cancellation takes effect at the end of that period.
Yes. Setup and onboarding are included with both plans. Each plan covers 1 outlet and 1 active loyalty programme. Available Wallet features depend on platform requirements and successful setup. Wallet notifications depend on the customer's device, Wallet settings and platform delivery; they are not guaranteed.
These offers apply to new subscriptions. Existing pilot, manual-billing and individually agreed arrangements are not automatically moved to a new plan. Contact CollectLah to review a change.
