Save the business’s loyalty card on your phone and get help if something goes wrong.
Add a card to Wallet
Open the business’s join link or scan its signup QR code on your phone. Complete the details shown, then use the Wallet button offered for your device.
On iPhone
Select Add to Apple Wallet and follow the on-screen steps.
On Android
Select Add to Google Wallet and follow Google’s save steps.
If something goes wrong
Check that you are using a compatible phone and the correct Apple or Google account. If the option is unavailable or an error remains, contact the business or email CollectLah with the business name and a screenshot.
If you change phones, open your existing private card link on the new phone and use the Wallet option shown. If the link is missing or no longer opens, ask the business for help accessing your existing membership before creating another membership.
For missing points, stamps or reward decisions, contact the business first. Its team records purchases and loyalty credit.
Keep your personal rewards link private. Do not send passwords or security codes.
