Add points or stamps and redeem a reward
Record loyalty credit and redeem eligible rewards from Check-in.
Add points or stamps
Available actions depend on your permissions and programme rules.
- Open Check-in.
- Select Scan Wallet card, or search for the customer.
- Check the customer’s name and balance.
- For stamps, select Add 1 stamp. For purchase-based points, enter the eligible purchase amount, review the calculated points and confirm the award.
Redeem a reward
If no reward is eligible, the screen shows No rewards available yet. Available actions depend on your permissions and programme rules.
- Open Check-in and scan the customer’s Wallet card, or search for the customer.
- Check the customer’s name and choose an eligible item under Available rewards.
- After providing the reward, select Confirm redemption.
