Choose points or stamps and set a reward
Choose how customers earn rewards when you first set up your programme.
Set up a new programme
- Select Stamps or Points during programme setup.
- Enter the earning and reward details shown.
- Review your choice.
- Select Confirm and finish.
Edit existing programme rules
Open Wallet → Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, then Programme settings. Choose Edit beside the relevant rule or reward, then Save changes.
Your loyalty type cannot be changed after initial setup. Existing balances are not converted when rules change.
